Gummy De Milo!!
Haven’t had a chance to post this quite yet. But just wanted to thank everyone for coming out to the Simpsons show a few weeks ago! It was a HUUUUGE success. Apparently the largest turnout VideoFag has ever had for an opening. In case you were unable to make it out take a look at my piece. Super proud of it.
See it in motion too!
ALSO the Space Channel came in to interview curator Lindsay Cahill, Kate Heath, Adrienne Crossman, and I about our contributions to the universe. Check it out below!

Gummy De Milo TONIGHT!!
This past month I’ve had the absolute pleasure to work with
two very good friends of mine, Tim Richards of South Street Boatbuilders and
Megan Campagnolo of Rosehound Apparel on a very personal project. Together we
collectively replicated “the Gummy Venus De Milo” and it’s respected display
case, from The Simpsons episode “Homer Badman”. This has been a very challenging
process but all is done and ready to go. The unveiling will be at 7pm tonight
at VideoFag in Kensington Market. A lot of money and time went into this so I
hope you can all make it out. I can safely say it is one of the best things I
have ever worked on. I’m really proud of it, and I think we all have that
feeling deep down, that it is something very special. Hope you can make it. Have a look at some of the process pictures below.
